By purchasing or participating in our online tutoring sessions, masterclasses, or accessing associated educational materials through litlooped.com, you agree to the following Terms of Service.1. Services ProvidedLitLoop Education offers live group and 1-on-1 private educational tutoring sessions, alongside supplementary digital learning materials including study notes, podcasts, marked assignments, and personalized feedback.2. Payment & Merchant of Record* Payments for all services, single sessions, class passes, and subscriptions are processed through Creem.io, our authorized Merchant of Record.
* By completing a transaction on our site, you agree to Creem’s payment processing terms and acknowledge that Creem will appear on your billing statements.
* Rates are clearly displayed at checkout prior to purchase.3. Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyPrivate 1-on-1 Sessions:* Requests to reschedule or cancel a private session must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
* Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable and forfeit session credits.Group Masterclasses:* Group classes operate on a fixed weekly schedule. If a student misses a live group session, the fee for that class is non-refundable.
* Missed class resources (post-session study notes, podcasts, and materials) will remain fully accessible to the student.4. Refund Policy* Single Sessions & Passes: Eligible for a full refund if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time.* Completed Sessions & Digital Downloads: Once a live session has taken place or downloadable digital study materials have been accessed, fees for that completed service are non-refundable.* Subscriptions: You may cancel recurring monthly plans at any time via your Creem portal before your next billing date to avoid future charges.5. Intellectual PropertyAll study notes, podcasts, assignment templates, and custom feedback provided by LitLoop Education are the intellectual property of LitLoop Education. Materials are provided strictly for the enrolled student's personal, non-commercial educational use and may not be redistributed or resold.6.
